We provide legal advice and counsel to homeowners and homeowner associations on the myriad of issues that arise from community living. First and always, our focus is on resolving the issue to the satisfaction of our client so they can “have peace” with their neighbors. This often involves representing the client through direct negotiations or Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings, including mediation. If no voluntary resolution is possible, we represent the client in litigation to achieve a desired result.
